This place has poor customer service, wait times are super long. Don’t even think about getting serviced if you can’t drop your car off. Such an inconvenience. I do not recommend this tire shop
We had an unexpected tire issue while traveling through Louisville and ended up at Tire Discounters and I’m so glad we did. Mark went above and beyond by patching our tire completely free of charge, even though we didn’t buy the tires there and were just passing through. In a moment of stress and delay during our trip, Mark’s honesty and kindness were a total blessing. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just making a sale. It’s rare to come across that level of service these days. We’re so grateful we ended up here out of all the places we could’ve gone. Mark, you’re a godsend — thank you! Tire Discounters has earned our trust and future business whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommend!
After having a bad experience and being completely dismissed at the place I stopped at prior to coming here the people here at Tire Discounters were super friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns and seemed more than happy to help me. They also got me in and out in a decent time frame and a fixed problem! Super pleased with my experience and will be returning for future needs!
Great customer service by Ryan and Summer at the front desk and the Techs Adrien and Brody. They stayed past closing time on a Saturday to get me out of a pinch before going cross country for work. Totally clutch on a new set of tires, highly recommend and will be coming back for my next set and any other needs that come up. Thanks again!
