Great shop! I bought my rims from here in 2024, forgot to leave a review. I had a wreck not too long ago and insurance had to cover all 4 of my rims. They made things easy for the insurance company and I got the same set again with no issues. Great deal! Also, these rims by far were the best at the price i was looking for when I was rim shopping and look amazing.
Don’t have the need to find the video, but this incident was about 2 years ago and just remembered about it now, which I think is still important to mention. Car was being loaded onto their outside lift for a simple tire change. Technician hit the throttle and slammed my car into the wall. My car is my baby as some others can attest for their own, and this rubbed me the wrong way. Manager handled it in house and bumper got fixed at their expense, through their partner shop. Was not satisfied with the fix and if I knew any better, I would’ve fought teeth and nail to get it done at my shop of choice. Props to the effort, but not satisfied.
All this place wants is your bread. Well most places in America are like that. They really don't want to help. This dude in here who is the salesman was all about selling me these rims, chime unfortunately is a shitty bank and no one will finance w them. Little to his knowledge I'm sitting on a large accident settlement. How do you think I bought the car??!!! Originally he wanted to sell me the same size rim, nice rim, nice price. So I did his weird little finance thing, w his coffee story. But it didn't approve. So I started looking at bigger rims, while he was helping another customer. When I told him I didn't get approved he tried to explain to me what I did wrong. So I asked him about a bigger rim. I think he must have felt I was wasting his time bc he became very sort. Paying more attention to what he had on the phone then to me. Telling me my cars lug pattern wouldn't fit the rim I was looking at that was larger, and instead of giving me more options he started to kind of ignore me. Whatever bro you don't want my money there's 15 other tire shops that will. I had cash money in my car. Lol. Guess imma lower it.
My husband had such an amazing experience with Arnie. He was so helpful and professional. We will definitely be sending anyone we know here for any tire needs going forward!
I've known the owner over 25 years He's a great dude! The store staff and the garage staff 10/10! I drive all the way from Carrollton to use their services. Support local businesses and men of high moral character!
