Jamal the service manager got me in and out in 23 minutes. Blew out a trailer tire on the East/West. Called my wife to figure out where to get a tire and I started driving straight to the nearest tire Kingdom. As I was driving, I called to see if they had the tire size that we needed and they sure did. They got me an appointment that was sent to me via email for 10 o’clock. I was out by 10:23. The wife sent me a price of a different tire she found in another place for $110 bucks. This was $90. I will always use them first from here on out.
I ran over a screw and needed a new tire. I called up, the phone was answered promptly, they verified they had the correct tire in stock, and they were able to get me in. When I arrived, Jamal was a great help checking me in and getting a good price on the new tire. I later approached the desk as I thought the tire might still be under warranty. Dorian was the one to help me then and he was able to double check and see that it was! They had that tire in stock and they were already working on it while he was giving me the updated price. They got me in & out in like 30 min. I'd definitely come back.
I had great help from Jamal & Dorrien today while getting my tires replaced & an oil change. Jamal helped me out with an affordable price and warranty included. He seen I am an expecting mother so gave me a few discounts. You never know the type of people you’ll have the pleasure of meeting. Glory to god for bringing me to this location and thank you guys so much for all your help!
Jamal did an outstanding job helping me find tires for my car about a month ago. He explained the tire warranty and I had to use it today, as I had a screw in a tire. He was very helpful in getting it fixed. I would definitely go back to Tire Kingdom as he is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Service was just as wonderful
I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Jamal and Stephen. I arrived right before closing on a Friday with a spare tire, and instead of turning me away, they welcomed me in and took great care of me. They offered an amazing price on four new tires, an oil change, and an alignment. Both Jamal and Stephen were friendly, professional, and patient—even when I returned with follow-up questions. Their outstanding service and teamwork truly stood out. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom—just ask for Jamal and Stephen!
