Not pleased with the service on my Camry! Alignment had to be done twice because it didn't get done right the first time. Then instead of the slow leak being patched for free under road hazard on my tire, I was charged a pro rated fee of over $70. Then after 2 brake inspections, first time they didn't measure rotors. Then lied and said the rotor could not be resurfaced. Then damaged my right rear sensor for the AND and now that part will cost over $400 to have repaired!!! Not happy at all!!!!!!!!!
My car was towed in due to having two flats that couldn’t be repaired. I walked in and spoke to Wendy G. She was amazing right from the start. Explaining my options, breaking them down for me -several times- because I was over whelmed. She was so kind and patient with me. She even had the guys in the shop lower my car so I could get my charger out because my phone was dying, to charge while I waited. She was so personable, didn’t pressure me, gave me her honest opinion and walked me through everything. It was seamless.
We have been customers for years. We have always had great experiences. Wendy went above and beyond even offering a ride to our motel. We had a ride coming but it was appreciated.
Great service all around. Was very pleased with the thorough inspection and recommendations, but they were also very honest about what could wait, didn’t feel pressured like other service areas. Got my car in and out quickly and at a great price. Happy to have found a reliable shop, our whole family uses them now!
I am SO appreciative of the crew at this location. I called at 4:30 on a Sunday evening with a screw in my tire and in need of a replacement. I live an hour away and did not want to drive home on a donut and had already called two other shops who did not have a tire that would fit. When I spoke to Wendy at the front desk she said they not only had one in stock but if I got there asap they would get me fixed up. She and Blake were ready for me when I got there and got me taken care of quickly and with super friendly attitudes. I cannot say thank you enough for their willingness to help!
