Service was quick and efficient, communication was forthright and clear, and location was a big plus. Price was pretty reasonable (~65 for a tire and ~25 for an hour replacement work), and most importantly they didn't try to up sell me extra stuff when I knew what I needed. Will use again if I get another flat.
Rudest place I have ever been to. I wasn’t even a customer but simply there to pick up a friend. They questioned me for being parked in their parking lot. Ironically, as I left their parking lot after dropping him back off my truck was egged. While I did not see who threw the egg, it came from the direction of their parking lot and they are the only building on that corner. They must have decided that I somehow had an attitude and wanted retribution. I think it had to do with one of their employees trying to park a vehicle as I picked up my friend from the front entrance. We were kind of in the same spot at the same time. Needless to say, they felt justified in egging my truck. Truly juvenile. If I had caught the person who threw it on my dashcam I would have filed charges. The least I can do is tell you that at this place the customer is not always right even if helping a friend out. And you will be judged and tried based on their perception of what you did to them. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Don’t worry Tires Plus. I still think about what you did. I have encouraged my buddy to find another place for tires.
Tina, Robert, and Ed were all so amazing! (And of course the mechanic who fixed my car) My wheel was literally about to snap right off the car and they were able to call around the city to different vendors, locate the part I needed, had it there within the hour, and my car was back to being roadworthy in under a few hours!
I selected Tires Plus because Robert the store manager was extremely knowledgeable and provided the best customer service compared to other competing businesses.
