Took two vehicles there for oil changes. One was back the next day with an oil leak because they didn't replace the drain plug. While they were taking care of that, my other vehicle was in there at the same time. After driving a couple of weeks, the second vehicle has an oil leak. Just picked it up from another shop to find out that they did not put the o-ring that's at the end of the cartridge. Would not take another vehicle there ever.
I went in for a tire alignment because my steering wheel is shaking at high speeds, around 70 mph, which they did but they said if the alignment does not fix the shaking it is probably because the motor mount in my engine is worn out and needs to be replaced. I went to tire Kingdom across the street and they recommended I get a tire balancing because the alignment is not enough and the tire balancing fixed the problem. This place also told me that my battery didn't pass their test and needed to be replaced, and I need a new brakes and I had my battery tested at multiple places and it was fine and I had my brakes checked at multiple places in both places said they were fine so this place definitely is trying to get as much money out of you as possible and are liars.
The customer service is outstanding! Phillip helped me out today when I was stranded. He set up a tow truck rather quickly and made sure the job got done and I got what I needed. Thank you Phillip. Without your help, my car would still look like this photo!
Super service and a staff that cares about their customers!! I cannot say enough kind words about our experience at this store. We had to purchase a set of tires for our vehicle and were looking for a specific brand tire. This store had them in stock!! So, for starters, we didn't have to wait a couple days for them to get the tires in. We also needed to return in 2 days as as luck has it something ended up in our tire within the first 12 hours of owning them. I spoke with Ray who was able to get me in the same day! (I couldn't leave the car since we only have one.) Ray was VERY thorough in his assessment of the damaged tire & took the time to explain the situation to me. The tire could not be patched so the only option was to replace it. I didn't have to wait long for them to replace the tire and the road hazard insurance was a huge blessing. I was so happy with the service I received here, I could have cried! Thank you Ray for everything!!! I'll be sending friends as well as other people I know who are looking for tires to your store for SUPERB service! For those of you who are contemplating if you should go here for service, look no further, they'll take care of your automotive needs for sure!
Cannot say enough good things about this place. The manager or whoever answered the phone was so pleasant, I wish I got his name. (The other staff seemed great too) Then he helped me when I came in and was helpful and friendly. Definitely go here, I had my engine light on but I’d trust them with any service!
