I recently was searching for chair rental for a small event at work. I don't do event coordination as a role so always a little nerve wracking. TND made the process easy. I submitted an inquiry and they sent me back a quote with a note that if I wanted to move forward I could just email back. I did because there delivery fee felt reasonable and the price was better than another quote. They gave me a big window of time for drop off and then the morning of they gave me 2 time options to choose from. I thought the communication was excellent and I would happily book with them again.
Very pleased with the services and support of Uyen and TND's team. Uyen was incredibly patient and flexible as we planned our non-profit fundraiser. She worked with the warehouse to pull various linens for me to see the colors up close in person. She also made a couple of appointments for me to ensure I was getting what I wanted. They were very quick to respond to emails and made sure to confirm everything. We ended up renting 30 linens days before the event, and all of the linens were clean, pressed, and even ready early for us to pick up to drop off to our venue. Their prices are very affordable and the quality you get far exceeds what you pay. I appreciated the professional and extra personal time spent with us and our event. We will definitely return for future org and personal events. Thank you for helping to elevate our event and make it beautiful!
TND event rentals was AMAZING to work with! From the initial inquiry, to the loading and unloading of our truck... hands down some of the nicest and most patient people we have ever worked with! Highly recommend!!
TND’s website made it so easy to look at their inventory, request items, get a quote, and they responded very quickly. What was even more impressive was the efficiency of pick-up, communication, and return of the items. TND packed all 8 tables and 40 chairs in my Subaru Ascent with Tetris skill and bungee cords for added safety. Have already highly recommended them to family and friends. My daughter’s HS grad party was a success for our 80+ guests. I will definitely be using them for future events!! Thank you TND!!
I reached out to TND rentals within 2 weeks of our event and Uyen was so kind and easy to work with (we only rented chairs). Their quote was by far the best and they were so flexible with pick up and drop off times. Not to mention, their customer service was great! I am so happy I found them and will look forward to working with them in the future! Highly highly recommend!
