The insurance company asked me to pick a shop from their network, and I randomly chose TNS, what a great decision! Frank was my service advisor, and his professionalism and efficiency truly surprised me. He handled everything for me, from all the paperworks to arranging my rental car. It is a true one-stop service experience. My car got repaired in just one week, and the result was fast, clean, and perfect. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I got rear ended on a Sunday in the beginning of October and made a claim with insurance to bring my vehicle to this shop on Monday. When I came here to have them take a look, Jason and everyone was so helpful. They were able to work with my insurance and also help with the ease of getting a rental car with enterprise. They had me wait as a enterprise employee came to the shop and pick me up to bring me to enterprise. They also worked fast on my car as I was able to get back my own vehicle within a week. They also let you return the rental vehicle at the shop just make sure to sign the sheet at the front desk. My car looks brand new in rear and is running great. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants good quality work and the way they help ease the process for you with your insurance and the rental company.

The team at TNS Collison did an absolutely amazing job. Car looks brand new like the first day I drove it off the dealership lot. The customer service was also just as amazing. Frank, the representative that i initial met when i arrived, was very understanding and courteous to my concerns regarding the damage to my car.
