I look forward to my workouts with Rikko. It’s my first time working with a personal trainer and I’ve gotten good results from it. In my first 3 months I gained 4 lbs of muscle. It’s also a plus that it’s easy to fit it into my schedule consistently as a working mom because the workouts are so efficient. Rikko pushes me to get stronger and I always walk out of the gym feeling great!

TNT IS SUPERB! If you are considering strength training, look no further. The team here are EXCELLENT & have an efficient, clear system that works flawlessly! I train with Rikko, who is THE BEST! Clear,patient and encouraging, especially when I have to go through the not so fun & challenging sets, but guess what? Rikko makes it fun, indulging me when I need a conversation or humor to distract me from dreaded shoulder presses, or cardio bike ( gah!) all whilst pushing me to do my best. I would dread my first few sessions and now I look forward to them! I have seen a marked improvement in strength and endurance & can’t thank Rikko enough. TNT has built a great community & I often say hi to other folks training away ,there’s always great tunes and good vibes. Shout out to founders Liam & Jesse & gratitude to Eric and Ryan who I’ve trained with on occasion and are equally as awesome!
I’ve had a great experience and very good results working with TNT for the last three months. Intensive sessions, twice a week for 30 minutes, have made a big difference in my strength, fitness, and overall mood. Trainers are upbeat, encouraging, and helpful in understanding what you’re doing and why. Can’t recommend it enough, especially for 50+ folks trying to stave off the inevitable effects of aging.
TNT is my go to place for fitness in Oakland. The team here are outstanding and will give you a truly evidence based fitness experience unlike any other. They can also answer any questions you have about fitness and nutrition and give you real, practical, actionable information you can use and put to practice. Can't recommend this place highly enough. On top of that, it's only an hour a week!
