I needed new tires and T.O. Haas made the whole process easy. The tires are great quality, and they really listened when I told them my budget they made it work without any pressure or upselling. They also worked around my schedule, which I really appreciated. I’ve always gone to Discount Tire in the past, but honestly, T.O. Haas is way better service and price. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I heard good stuff about the 56th location, so I figured I would stop by this one. Well... Put in online appointment. Appointment said ok. Shop couldn't actually do the appointment. So had to reschedule. They told me they were gonna change the tire as well as both terminal cables. The mechanic told me that's something he could do several times. He even priced it and said that's what they'd do with this appointment. So when I go to pick up my car, I'm informed they actually didn't replace the cables, because that's not something they do. I don't know which mechanic told me several times they would be doing that, and even gave me the price for both the tire and battery cables. Half rating because they only did half of what they told me they were gonna do. Tires are nice though. I'd go here for tires.
