Regional Admission Counselors of California (RACC)
The Regional Admission Counselors of California (RACC) is an organization of college admission counselors who work for universities outside the state of California, yet reside within the state of California. RACC has had the pleasure of working with Toast Design on more than one occasion, and each experience we've had with Tiffany and Emily has reaffirmed our belief that we made an excellent choice in enlisting their help for our projects! Over the past few years Toast Design Studio has created our logo rebrand, our print and digital RACC member directory, and our latest point of pride, our new website redesign. Both Tiffany and Emily have been incredibly patient and detail-orientated with all of the projects they have done for RACC. Even though we're in different parts of the country, they have made the remote work collaboration a seamless process, meeting with us over Zoom, and making meeting times work with our time zone differences. Pricing-wise, Toast Design Studio has done a wonderful job of providing us with different package options that meet our budget and best serve our needs; they never try to "upsell" us, but truly care about providing products and services that our organization is looking for. Tiffany and Emily are organized, hard workers, and were flexible with us when it came to the timeline of our projects. They truly put their "admission counselor thinking caps" on to help us determine potential needs and improved user experience for our printed and digital directory, as well as our website redesign.
