Have you ever walked into a building (that’s not a church) and the energy and love was so strong that it felt like you walked into a hug? No? Me either, UNTIL today. Now I’m not new to TolHouse. My husband and I have been members since 2022. We had our wedding after party there, we’ve hosted a brunch so hard fundraiser, and we also attended other brunches and events. Of course, we always enjoy ourselves. The staff is always nice and accommodating. The building is set up with various themed spaces, a cigar lounge, and conference rooms. The decor is eccentric and welcoming. Let’s get back to my experience today. It’s a bitter cold Friday, but the sun, while not providing much warmth was radiant. I was downtown and in between meetings. I said let me go to TolHouse and use one of their meeting rooms for my last 2 meetings of the day and I’ll throw in a late lunch while I’m there. I check in and exchange pleasantries with the person at the front desk. I’m directed to a room in the “Panda” area. I walk in, the temperature is perfect. The walls are a cool blue. There’s a large beautiful wood conference room table and plenty of comfortable executive chairs to choose from. I smile because I have this big ol room all to myself. I take off my coat, still comforted by the warmth the room provides. I set up my laptop in front of a window, have one meeting, order lunch from Earth Coffeehouse before my next one. My lunch was brought to me which was so convenient. I had the crisp winter salad, so fresh and vibrant, and hot French onion soup. Absolutely delicious! My second meeting was short and sweet, it’s Friday, so no complaints here. It gave me a moment to enjoy the rest of my lunch and my space. I felt so relaxed yet energized. It was peaceful. TolHouse did my soul good today. I left there feeling great. I can’t believe I’ve never come here outside of an event before. It was a whole damn vibe! I’m an even more proud member. Thank you Will and Angela for providing a place where productivity and relaxation collide. You have an amazing establishment and it was such a blessing to me. Can’t wait to do it again.
I’m in Toledo on business a couple of times per year and have attended events at the TolHouse. It’s a beautiful venue, the staff is amazing and kind, the drinks be drinking and the food is great. A real hidden gem in Toledo for professionals.
The vibe is immaculate! I love the Earth Coffee shop, their drinks are sooo good!! Food is pretty good too. The decor is fantastic. The private spaces available for members are super cool. It's also home to Lucille's jazz lounge. Lots to offer in this space.
I love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, the coffee is delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderful (coffee shop meets plant shop is hard to beat). This is a really special place and I get my best work done here. Thank you, Tolhouse!
Beautiful place to perform, I've been lucky enough to perform at the open mic and feature. Wonderful atmosphere, great bartenders, food service is awesome and it's a nice quiet spot tucked away from all the noise. The bands and performers as well have all been awesome each time I've been there. You should go check it out, these shots are from Lucille's the jazz club inside, but I urge you to get a membership if you can so you can experience the whole building.
