Kurt is an outstanding and expert instructor. He has helped me gain a lot of confidence with driving after years of living in fear with getting behind the wheel, and along with all the great tips and rules he shares with you about the road! You can clearly tell he loves to do this. Highly recommend, thank you Kurt!

Everyone at Tom’s Driving academy was very friendly and helpful. Although I was incredibly anxious about driving and waited a very long time to pursue my license, Kurt definitely helped me be a more confident and knowledgeable driver. And I just passed my drivers test!
I drove with Steve for all four of my in person lessons and he did a fantastic job. He was patient and kind but also direct and very knowledgeable when it came to all sorts of different lessons. He was funny and always did his best to help me feel comfortable and confident in my driving. He always had my best interests at heart and I highly recommend him as a driver. The online lessons were easy to understand and take from.
I started at Tom’s Driving Academy absolutely terrified of driving — like, heart-racing, overthinking everything kind of scared. Even once I began lessons, the nerves were still there. But Kurt honestly made all the difference. He’s super calm, patient, and never once made me feel embarrassed for being nervous. He explained things in a way that actually made sense, took everything at a pace I was comfortable with, and always encouraged me when I needed it. He’s also really knowledgeable about the law of the road, which made me feel way more confident and prepared. Thanks to Kurt, I went into my road test feeling ready — and I ended up passing with flying colors! I still can’t believe it. If you’re a nervous driver or just want someone who’s supportive, friendly, and really knows his stuff, I can’t recommend Kurt enough. He’s seriously the best. Special thanks to Cathy for being so nice with the scheduling and all my initial questions.
