We traveled to San Antonio without an important part of my mom’s wheelchair (oops!), so we needed to rent one for our time here. Tom’s Wheelchair Rentals was a GREAT experience! They deliver and pick up to Riverwalk hotels for free, and they were able to quickly accommodate a change in our plans. Thanks to this company for making wheelchair travel such a breeze! Prices extremely reasonable as well.
It was wonderful working with Tom and his crew to rent a mobility stroller for my mom. They were so kind, punctual with drop off and pick up, and competitively priced. The equipment itself worked great. We will definitley rent from them in the future!
Delivery was exactly as described. The scooter was in excellent condition. We would not have been able to tour the Alamo and riverwalk without Toms rentals. They even included a map with all the accessible ramps and elevators. Highly recommend.

Wow! What an amazing experience. I highly recommend this company. We even mixed up which Marriott on the Riverwalk, and they had zero issues. They communicated fast and efficient. The wheelchair was in great condition and the price was so reasonable. We will definitely rent from them again! Thanks to everyone at Tom’s!
