The owners are kind, trustworthy and do a wonderful job reparing my older vehcile. If there is a way to save you money while getting the job done, Farrah will figure it out. Can't say enough good things about this place. My first time ever dealing with them was in complete crisis mode. My daughter's first day driving and a dreaded warning light telling her to pull over appeared on the car's dash. It was almost closing time but they didn't hesitate to have us bring the car in for inspection. They were calm, kind and professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I think I found my new shop.
Whenever our son visited Tucson from the East Coast, he reluctantly drove our 1993 Honda Civic to various trailhead destinations in the area. That was until we had a tune-up done by a skilled mechanic at Top Notch Autocare LLC. With its new peppy responsiveness, the Civic has become, as he says, "A fun car to drive!". Now he also looks forward to a positive on-the-road experience wherever he is here. We also had their repair service team do some more serious upgrades to our 2005 Subaru Forester. Because of the excellent detailed workmanship it received, this car is now also worth keeping even after over 110,000 miles. These professionals are truly "Top Notch!".
Third time using Top Notch for 2 different vehicles (alternator, starter and transmission etc. issues). They do great work at a reasonable price. Very communicative with updates and information. We’re very fortunate to have a “neighborhood” auto repair shop that’s honest and does such a good job. Both our older, high mileage vehicles are running smoothly.
The professionalism, attention to detail, quality work, and customer service at Top Notch are outstanding! Ferrari and Chris go above and beyond every time we have a service need. We have had excellent experiences each and every time we have taken our vehicles to them. I trust them to do the work right and at a fair price. I can’t recommend Top Notch enough!
