I reached out via instagram and they told me to give them a call. Gave them a call later on, and talked to a man with horrible customer service. All I was calling for was to book an evaluation. Once I told him my dog breed he started mansplaining the typical behavior of the dog breed. I was trying to ask about a specific type of training and he got really defensive. He didn’t like that I don’t want the basic trainings. As my dog already has the basic training. He tried to belittle my knowledge on my own dog, when he hasn’t met her in person. He said precisely I don’t know my own dog. Didn’t know it was so difficult to JUST book an evaluation. Would give zero stars if I could.

Top Tier K9 did an amazing job with my Cane Corso. My girl Nova is an anxious dog, which made training more challenging, but Sergio was excellent at analyzing the situation and always knew how to help. He was also very flexible with training. If I wanted to expose Nova to a new place or try something different, he was always willing to adjust and train based on our specific needs. He truly went above and beyond, not only with my Cane Corso, but also by providing valuable feedback and guidance for our other dogs. Sergio not only helped with training, but also taught me how to better understand how a dog’s brain is wired.
