Topaz did a roof wrap for me on a new car and unfortunately there were some small issues to rectify. You can always better judge a company by how they act when things go wrong, rather than when they go right. How a company responds to issues shows you everything about what their customers mean to them. Topaz Leeds, and in particular Swara, couldn’t have responded any better. Swara kept in contact with me throughout, made sure I had access to a car, if needed, and explained what the process was going to be to rectify the issues. Couldn’t ask for more and Swara in particular is a credit to Topaz.
My good lady has just purchased a nearly new Audi Q3 from Synter Wakefield. Her previous car had PPF installed on a car that she bought 10 years ago. This was installed by another PPF company based over Manchester way. It was a time when few and far between such companies existed. But luckily this time we found TOPAZ based in Leeds. During our purchase of the Audi Q3 we had the pleasure of viewing a fully PPF’d Audi RS Q8 in satin PPF. TOPAZ did an amazing job. This showed us the quality of this workmanship and no PPF is bulk fitted, ie not cut on the cars paintwork. TOPAZ use CAD and therefore each component is cut on a cutting plotter machine. I liaised with both Lewis @ Synter Audi and Swara Sawirs @ TOPAZ. Swara kept myself in the loop during the whole process of collection of the car from Wakefield Audi ( Covered car transporter ) and the safe return of the car for unveiling at Synter Audi. I would personally like to thank Swara for her professionalism and finesse during the whole experience… I appreciate PPF is a premium product, but you get what you pay for.. Peace of mind without the worry of stone chips and thus will help keep the residual valve. I highly recommend PPF and more importantly TOPAZ to install. I approached Topaz Leeds with the idea of a custom design for my GT3 based on a video game character, knowing full well that it isn't something they usually do. Yet they were not afraid of taking up the challenge, and went above and beyond to make this a reality. They put me through to a designer who came up with a design that faithfully captures the essence of the character's outfit and fits nicely with the elements of the car. But it turned out to be quite a challenge aligning the design with the curvature of the car. It took numerous tries that involves multiple reprints, alignments and even redesigns. Massive thanks to Swara who was patiently listening to my feedback and offering insightful suggestions on the design to make it achievable, and the Topaz team who worked tirelessly over the months to make this happen, despite all the obstacles along the way. The results speak for themselves. I receive nothing but praise every time I drive it around, but Topaz Leeds deserves all the credit. I cannot thank them enough for making my dream come true.
Excellent service, excellent product application, excellent aftercare. I recently took delivery of a 911 GT3RS and used Topaz Leeds to provide a full car ppf installation. From quoting and organising logistics, Will was always quick to respond and provide info and updates. The car was collected on time and turned around for delivery in less than one week! The quality of the finish is incredible and Topaz go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy with the results. My next car will certainly be heading their direction. 🙏🏼
Having being in the motortrade/detailing industry I’ve used many, many PPF installers over the last 10+ years and I know what I require from the job. I have sent 5+ cars to Topaz Leeds in the last 3 months (all at short notice), no job is too large (or small) and so far so good, even on a fairly unique Ineos Grenadiar which many others don’t have patterns for yet. I am painfully fussy and very aware I am a difficult customer, but it’s a thumbs up from me.
