Knowledgeable customer service, everyone here is passionate about wine. They're great listeners, and work w/ care to identify just the right bottle(s) based on what the seeker is seeking. Zero pretention at Topline, just a humble love of wine and joy in sharing that passion with everyone who walks through the door. Here’s the thing: if you buy a bottle of wine that turns out to be corked (which happens to roughly 2–3% of bottles) and you take the time to bring it back, the exchange should be simple. You shouldn’t be scrutinized or made to feel like you’re the problem. Unfortunately, the staff I dealt with was unpleasant, unprofessional, and pretentious… the exact opposite of what you’d expect from a neighborhood wine shop.
Been shopping here for many years. The best wine selection in the area. Especially French wines. I was concerned after the recent change in ownership. But they kept one of the buyers and I think the selections have improved. And the prices are very reasonable.
Lot of product in a small space. Staff were quite knowledgeable. Aisles are a bit small, I would not enter the place with a cane, walker, wheelchair or any wheeled device. Easy enough to get to, parking may be an issue. Counter is accessible.
