Went for a cheap , 8 dollar car wash . Ended up with a broken mirror . I asked that they do something about it , and I haven't gotten any response or any reaching out to . I hope they do something about it because they should have the footage of my mirror breaking because of the wash . I mean it literally crushed it and ripped it off . Left my number and email and I haven't heard from them at all . Staff was nice but maybe the management is trying to do me dirty .
Went through the wash; I noticed it scratched my vehicle on both sides, one deeper than the other. I went back three days in a row to speak to a supervisor; conveniently, they were never there, even though I was told they would be. I sent an email two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard anything back. Canceled my membership.
I had the unfortunate experience to go to this car wash and have my vehicle be damaged. After the wash, I grabbed some towels and quickly noticed the long scratches on the top of the car. I went inside and requested to view the video of the car before and after with an employee, which clearly evidenced that the car entered with no scratches and left with scratches. Unfortunately, the owner reached out a day later and say that the machine could not have caused these scratches. They also refuse to send me the videos of my car to send to insurance so I can show how the damage occurred. Honestly, I'd recommend you don't take the risk. This car wash will deny any involvement, and what's worse, will be unreachable. It's going to take extra time and energy to get this resolved. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have paid for the $20 ultimate car wash package, and the expensive lesson of dealing with malicious individuals. I hope you all learn from my lesson and don't make the mistake of frequenting this specific establishment.
If you want a clean car, do not go here. Attached are photos of my car immediately after leaving the car wash. The machine-only wash did not get out most of the dirt spots. It also left a new scratch or two on the clear coat layer. All areas of the outside of the car had splotches and dirt spots remaining. I paid full price for the most expensive wash, which was $18. At that price, I expected this to be a hand wash, or at least I would expect the equivalent result for a wash of my car. The result was well below satisfactory. I wouldn't have paid $5 for this had I had known that this was going to be the result going in. I had get out of my car at the front of the line to remove both antennas on my vehicle myself whereas other wash places will remove your antennas for you. Save your money and go to Forest Car Wash which hand washes your vehicle after its initial wash for about the same price.
Basic wash for 6$ and free vacuums is worth it! Haven’t been to a high quality wash like this in a while but the vacuums have great suction lower and they even have a duster gun (not sure what they are called officially). Great place to clean your car effectively
