Had an incredible experience out on the water with the Palapa Tours Team. I would highly recommend this experience at the waterfront for all those looking for something truly unique in Toronto. Ryan and Carly were absolutely amazing! We were greeted on arrival and offered drinks to get us settled in. Both Ryan and Carly were great hosts and very engaging. They made the tour so enjoyable. Will recommend Palapa to everyone visiting Toronto it’s a great way to see the city skyline and explore the Toronto islands. Palapa tours makes it fun!

We had such a great time! Booking online was simple, and the customer service team was quick and responsive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly experienced. Our group of friends booked the entire tour, enjoyed our own music, brought along some snacks, and loved the Tiki Bar drinks on board. Highly recommend this experience! :)
