Came here for over a year when I lived in South ATX before moving abroad. Instructor shows you a routine and you repeat it on the bags. Some trainers may have variances like coming around with pads to work with you one on one, a HIIT-like circuit built in to class, etc. You have a lot of regulars here and gives you a feeling of community. Classes sometimes will get full so make sure to book a spot on the app. Mall parking can get crowded though I never had trouble getting a spot despite class being full.
I love this gym!! I was nervous to take a class since I have no experience, but Rebecka immediately put me at ease. I have not worked out or committed to my fitness in a long time, but she encouraged me to just keep moving. The instructors at TFK make me feel comfortable, supported, and proud of my progress after each class. If you are looking to make a change but don’t know where to start, this is a great place to start getting active and motivated about your fitness. I cannot recommend them enough!
I been coming to TFK for 10 months, and I absolutely love it!! TFK has totally changed my perspective in my health journey. Is the mental for me!! I have never been so focused, motivated, accountable, and consistent in attending a gym. I have a great support system in my community, daughters, and coaches. There all various fitness levels, and no one will judge you. When you go to TFK, it’s you vs you. Your body won’t go where you mind doesn’t push you. You learn your strength and weakness, and the best is brought out of you in every workout. Thank you coach Morgan, Cassy, and Jess!!
I haven't had a gym membership since 2013, mainly because I didn't like how there was way too many people on a machine 😂 or I felt like I was being judged. When I moved to Austin, I found TFK right around the corner and after one class, I was hooked! I've been going since Dec 15, 2018 with 3-4 classes a week. Things I love: - Multiple coaches so different types of classes each time - Body Analysis next door that tracks body fat, muscles, weight, etc. - Discounts on protein powder - Nutrition Coach who makes amazing energy balls - Energy, passion and/or intensity - Have not thrown up yet - Unlimited classes 💪 - The amount of food I can eat before and after a workout - Free gloves and wraps after signups - Supportive babes with similar goals + men - Pricing 💰💲 - Great location - Technique Tuesdays and Thursdays - Sunday hikes or outgoing fun plans - The cake is not a lie. Things I hate: - Cross knee high jumps skips (I don't get it. 😂) Advice: For those that bruise easily, bring shin guards ... Or show your "potato, egg and cheese kolache size" bruises with proudness.
Gimnasio increíble y entrenadores geniales. Casey, el gerente del club, es un crack; muy conocedor y muy orientado al servicio al cliente. Me enganché desde mi primera clase y ahora es la mejor parte de mi día. Ya he visto una pérdida de peso y noto que mi cuerpo está más tonificado y firme.
