As someone who is usually very nervous about dental visits, I cannot recommend Total Health Dental enough. The staff provided exceptional customer service and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free. They were patient, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. A truly top-tier experience. I’m so happy I found this practice and will definitely be coming back for all my future dental needs
Yesterday was my first visit to Total Health Dental Care, and I was honestly a little nervous and embarrassed about the condition of my teeth—and the fact that I still had my braces on. I didn’t know what to expect, but the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by an amazing receptionist who instantly made me feel comfortable and right at home. I was then welcomed by another wonderful woman who took my X-rays. She was so kind and personable—it felt like I had known her forever. She even gave me a neck pillow, which was such a thoughtful touch. I joked that the service was so good I didn’t want to leave! Everything was clearly explained to me, including answers to all my questions and what the next steps would be for my dental care. I may not be great with names, but to the two amazing African-American queens and the dentist—thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism, and making this such a positive experience. I truly appreciate you all.
Always a pleasure. I so appreciate the care and professionalism. Nyasha at the front is incredible. So very thoughtful, kind and professional. Always greeted with a smile. She brightens my day and makes coming to the dentist something I actually look forward to. Austin has been my dental hygienist for many years. He does a great job making one as comfortable as can be. He is also very thoughtful and professional. Overall a great experience over many years now.
Austin did an amazing Job, you can tell he is a guy that cares about his career and isn’t just going through the motions. Definitely best dental experience I have had so far, I’ll be recommending this place. Keep up the good work.
I'm pretty impressed with this office after my first visit. Very reasonable and upfront pricing, and I haven't felt pressured to make any commitments to the care plans they provide although they seem reasonable depending on your situation. I really appreciated Dr. Shah answering my questions and providing clarification on things I didn't understand. Dental hygenist Austin was quick and efficient and has a wonderful bedside manner! Overall this office has exceeded my expectations.
