I want to share a concern from today. My son is a new driver and while he was on the road, one of your company vehicles pulled up beside him and began honking aggressively. There was plenty of space and no need for that kind of behavior, especially toward someone still learning and building confidence. When you drive with your business name on your vehicle, you represent the entire company. Professionalism and kindness go a long way you never know who may be watching or who could become a future customer. I have a lot of family in this area, and we always look for respectful and community-minded businesses to support. I hope next time your drivers choose patience and courtesy. A little kindness on the road can make a big difference.
The team from Total Heating & Cooling was amazing from start to finish! Great advice, very knowledgeable and supportive. The level of service we received was second to none and our new system is working perfectly. Our house has not been this comfortable in years! The technician was awesome. He kept me informed during the process of replacing the AC evaporator coil. They gave me the lowest bid of 3. And the work was done 3 days later. I definitely recommend them
I highly recommend Total Heating & Cooling. I called yesterday because my AC unit was freezing up and not cooling. The office staff was very helpful in working with myself and my landlord. They were able to come out today and fix our unit. They told me they would arrive between 12:00 and 5:00 and our technician arrived at 2:00 after calling me before arriving. Taylor was our technician. He was very polite and professional. He discovered our issue quickly and was able to get it fixed. He also took the time to explain the possible things to look for with issues and how works with the system. If you ever need any HVAC work, contact them. I will definitely use them again if I ever need HVAC work done while also sharing their information with my neighbors!
After 33 years, our entire HVAC system needed to be replaced. After reading all the favorable reviews, we decided to give Total Heating & Cooling a try. From the very first phone call, we knew we had made the right decision. From the owner, to the front office staff to the installation crew, EVERYONE was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They are very clear about their time limitations and how they work. (They don't work when it rains.) It seems as though they under promise and over deliver. Scott came to the house to give us a quote. He took his time when explaining what they would need to do and why. Stacy (and Amy) walked us through financing and was extremely patient with all our questions. Robbie and his crew were amazing with not only their work ethic but also in explaining how our old system had failed and the problems that it had left in its wake. Not only did they remove the old system and replace it with the new one, but they left our attic in better shape than it was when we first moved in. After the installation was complete, Charlie came to fine tune our system so that it was operating most efficiently. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the people with whom we had contact. They are all incredible. Total Heating and Cooling is likely not going to be the fastest or the least expensive HVAC company in the area. However, they will provide you with solid, honest, and professional service that you won't find anywhere else. We are customers for life.
