This is pretty much the only liquor store I go to. I like the membership. I get $5 off and tons of discounts. They have a great selection. If I can't find it in the one closest to me I can find it in one near me.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Total Wine & Spirits is basically Disneyland for adults who make questionable but joyful decisions. From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, inviting, and actually helpful — like, knows-what-they’re-talking-about helpful, not “uhh aisle 7 maybe?” helpful. The selection is insane. If you can imagine drinking it, they probably have it… and if you can’t imagine drinking it, someone there will confidently recommend it anyway (and they’ll be right). Prices? Surprisingly solid. I walked in expecting to overspend and somehow walked out feeling like I got a deal and life advice. Clean store, great vibes, staff that doesn’t judge your cart — whether you’re buying one bottle or preparing for what looks like a tropical-themed midlife crisis. 10/10. Will absolutely return. Probably too often.
Rhonda was so great helping me redeem the very generous birthday gift that Total Wine gives out. A wine bottle $14.99 or under for a nickel. I was given great advice and loved the wine I tried. Thank you!
I visited your store today to pick up order, and I’d like to share an experience that made me uncomfortable. One of your staff members — a woman around 30–40 years old — came up very close behind me (pretty close ) and spoke loudly, asking “What can I get for you?” It startled me, and when I reacted, she didn’t apologize and instead seemed to have an attitude. I understand staff can be busy, but I felt her approach and tone were disrespectful and unprofessional.
I had a great experience at Total Wine. I went in about an hour after they opened, and there were plenty of associates available to help. They were attentive and knew what they were doing. I told them I wanted Don Julio 70, which is usually locked up, and they quickly found it, got it for me, and had it ready at checkout. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The store was in good shape, and the staff made it easy. I’d definitely shop here again. Don Julio 70 Cristalino is way better than Don Julio 1942 and half the price.
