This was my first time going to total wines. After reading the reviews, I thought what a great place.I’d driven two hours from Cloudcroft New Mexico. I walked in, grabbed my basket. And begin to walk around the store, selecting items looking and seeing what was available for the future. Instead, I experience what most black Americans today do. Racial profiling at 61 years old. I had a guy walk up to me in the middle of me reading and selecting bottles. Can I help you find anything? Which now turned into him, follow me to the cash register looking in my basket. I couldn’t finish shopping. Items only less than $100 in my basket. My plans were to spend 250. Holidays are coming up and visitors are coming. I went home and discussed this with my husband. And to prove myself right, I sent my white husband in there to buy the same amount of bottles I purchased. No surprises at all no one approached him. Asked him did he need help finding anything. This man had 20 bottles in his basket. We are never purchasing again from total wines. The $3000 a year on entertainment. Will not go to total wine. Horrible service. Thank you for your horrible customer service ! We’re now on a No buy !

Andy was amazing. We were so impressed with the experience and prices for our wedding. Their consultation was free and they tailored the drinks to our budget. We were given a get variety and was able to make more drinks for our with some great cost friendly additions. Our Wedding budget loved it. Go see Andy about any party or special occasion. Thanks 😊
Aloha, never have I ever been to such an enormous , neat place like this for all your alcohol needs PLUS they have a nice cigar room as well. They have one of the best whisky collections ever. The staff was amazing and super helpful in helping me with my selections. Can't wait to go again.
