I get great customer service at this store, especially from the young man JAH he is definitely an asset to the team. The entire store is always friendly and very helpful but he really stands out so thank you. This will definitely be my home store.
Isaac is great! He helped me pick out an exact match for my taste preferences and had me sample it. I immediately purchased it and the man ringing me up with the long ponytail was very kind as well.
I went there today to get my usual, XXL, mango flavor. A kind associate told me which aisle to get it from and also recommended another wine that was similar, but a couple dollars lesser and a little bit more alcohol percentage and he said that it was smoother. He was referencing MAXX. LOL omg I don’t think I’ll ever purchase MAXX again. It is straight lickkkkkaaa! I thought I took a sip of brown alcohol. Thank you for the recommendation sir but it was horrible.
It's hard to find something specific unless you ask someone. There is SO MUCH to choose from! Staff is helpful if you can hunt one down that is not already helping other people. Would be GREAT if they had a kiosk where you could look up aisle numbers. Great place though! Update: Second visit was easier knowing the layout and using Google to find your aisle.
Long story short back at Christmas time I went up to TW at their old location in Crossways Shopping Center and found the unit vacant. There were no signs in the window indicating they had moved and it simply looked as if it had gone out of business. I couldn't believe it. I quickly checked my phone and discovered they had moved over to the Greenbrier Market Shopping center (Where Target and Best Buy are) on the other side of Eden Way. Off I went... So this new location is gorgeous. Just like they did in Hilltop of VB, they upgraded into a larger vacant store. I don't know how many square feet it is however the new location is at least 4 times the size of their former one. Inside everything is beautifully designed and easily laid out. As always the staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to make my purchases quickly. If you haven't been in a while you owe it to yourself to check out the new location. I think you'll be impressed.
