Total Wine & More has been an exceptionally reliable source for both everyday bottles and serious, high-end wines and champagnes. I’ve consistently been able to find exactly what I’m looking for — whether that’s a standard bottle of Dom Pérignon or more sought-after selections like 2008 Dom Pérignon Rosé, 2015 Cristal Rosé, Opus One, and Opus One Overture. Availability has been impressive, often on demand or within an hour, which is rare even among specialty retailers. The selection is vast and thoughtfully curated, spanning purchases I’ve made from around $9 all the way up to four figures. Across that entire range, I’ve never once received a bad, corked, or spoiled bottle. Consistency and storage clearly matter here. The Concierge Collection is a genuinely nice touch, the rewards program is well designed, and both in-store and delivery experiences have been smooth and dependable. Over time, Total Wine has played a real role in helping me build and expand my collection with confidence. If you value selection, reliability, and the ability to source premium bottles quickly without compromise, Total Wine delivers.
Went here to buy a large amount of GC last minute for our company. Lisa (the assistant manager) in Roseville MN was phenomenal. She was so helpful and friendly with this process, which took her so long to do. But she was in such good spirits and joking with us (I think she saw how stressed we were) the whole time. This is how customer service used to be back in the day, and it was so nice to see a business that treats customers like this again. Would definitely recommend this location. We also ended up buying some of the seasonal gifts for prizes and stocking stuffers they had. Lots of unique and holiday items.
We all appreciate Total Wine's immense collections. But I've been frequently disappointed in discontinuation of some of my favorites throughout the years. As far as liquor stores go, Total Wine's service is generally well above the competition. Unfortunately, pricing is not the same. When it comes to a small store, they can't help but have higher prices, but when comparing moderately-sized stores, Total Wine's pricing is often significantly higher. Strangely, non-alcohol products are astronomically high, despite their buying power. In short, go there for the sales, stay away from everything else.
I kind of consider as the “Walmart” of liquor stores. I can always get what I need and then some.
I have been coming here for a while, has prices are pretty good. However I was there the other day and they have discounts advertised through the store. I was directed to customer service, and the manager told me they don't work and crumpled up the piece of advertising. Not sure why they post them, that is deceptive. I will find another place to shop.
