I came here quite often for a few months as it’s close to my apartment. I stopped going because the prices are very high for the quality, the boba isn’t sweet and the place is dirty. The couch looks disgusting and when they added a new rug, you could see the clean white grout that was under the previous rug next to the black, dirty grout that had never been cleaned. The hours are also incredibly inconsistent. I’ll drive past on my way home from work around 2:30 and they’re usually closed even though they should be open till about 7pm.
Is this place ever open? I’ve tried going but it was about 30 minutes before they close at 7 and the door was locked and the cashier shook his head at me…. and every other time I’ve come by it’s closed, even when it should be open. Very odd. Have yet to try anything
The Raspberry matcha and Thai tea with boba are both super good! The manager is friendly and the shop has a cozy & welcoming atmosphere.
Service was spectacular. The person working was very nice and friendly with assisting us with what choices we should make. They recommended the shaken espresso and Nutella latte. They were superb! Coffee was rich and strong. Highly recommend! :)
I had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Totally Tea & Coffee shop for a coffee, and it was a delightful experience. The standout feature of my visit was the excellent customer service. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about their coffee and tea offerings, making recommendations and answering any questions with a smile. The shop's minimalist ambience added a touch of elegance to the whole experience. The interior design was tastefully done, with a clean and modern aesthetic that created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a cup of coffee. They also have a seats outside for some cool breeze. Totally Tea & Coffee is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for great coffee and a tranquil, minimalist setting, this is the place to be.
