Fantastic experience, had a genelec monitor repaired (low driver) and genelec Sub repaired (dsp failure), everything working perfect and my studio sounds amazing. Chris and team were excellent, Scott.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. They've had any Moog for over 8 months, I call every two days and the woman says that all the techs are sick EVERY TIME. The most useless business I've ever dealt with, DO NOT take your precious instruments to these clowns as they will lie to you constantly for years while not doing any work on your gear. Absolute disgrace. If I could give negative rating I would, one star is too good for these turkeys.
I hate to say this but I have had a bad experience with the repair team. I left a half track 1/4 inch reel to reel tape machine with them last July (23). I heard nothing after a couple of months I called and spoke to the guy doing the repair, he promised he would get on to it, but was vague about the issues with the machine. I think it needed some recapping. Months go by and several calls later still no resolution always promises to have it repaired soon. So finally April 24 I call and demand the machine back. The comment was that the repair man was spread very thin. My comment to them was don't take on any new work until you have fixed the work you have. Not impressed at all. I recommend that you use another vendor.
Chris and his team are fantastic. Chris in particular has gone above and beyond personal passion to make my Sony DMXR100 Recording console operational. I cannot thank him enough. He knew how important it was to have it done in my darkest times.
I HIGHLY recommend this company. I needed my speaker for a wedding and Murphy's Law, the battery died 3 days before the wedding. After many frantic phone calls to other companies, Totally Technical came to the rescue. Margaret, plus the guys who work there were amazing. Wednesday, they ordered a new battery from Sydney. Thursday it arrived and by Friday they had put in the new battery and charged it for me. It was all ready for the wedding on Saturday. A very professional, honest and dedicated company.
