I just had the most amazing facial and scalp treatment, and I feel great! I highly recommend Touch of Tranquility. My facial with Wendy was relaxing, refreshing, and invigorating. Plus, I have a wonderful glow! And my scalp treatment with Kathleen was deep, stress releasing, and vibrant! If you are looking to experience incredible sensations, this is the place to go! I only go to Wendy Bullock she is the best and my skin always glows after each facial. I have been going to her for 1 yr and every time I learn something new how to care for my skin. She is the OG on skincare!
I had a 90 minute massage booked for this morning at 9am per the receptionist I talked to yesterday at 2pm. Obviously when I called from online, I didn’t think to look at the time they opened and trusted the receptionist would give me the right time for my appointment. She honestly wasn’t friendly on the phone which I was happy to look past - I’ve gotten referred to this place by multiple friends and family members. Safe to say I’m very disappointed and was looking forward to my service. I worked 70 hours this week and just wanted to come and relax. This has nothing to do with any providers, I’m sure they are wonderful. But your first point of contact as a business is very important - maybe automated appointment reminders could help you guys out if a receptionist slips up and says the wrong time.
I had a wonderful prenatal massage with Kathleen—it was both deeply relaxing and therapeutic. She is truly a master of her craft. The spa was spotless, my appointment started right on time, and the front desk assistant was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this spa—10/10!
I went in for a Swedish massage with Kathleen, the owner. She took her time with my massage & it included stretching and pressure points. I added the hot stones to my massage, which helped with the relaxation. I felt very relaxed and refreshed after my massage. She definitely has magic hands. I would highly recommend this location for a massage. Next time I would like to add the sugar scrub.
