Working with Kathleen on our recent ground up construction project was a very smooth process. She is a great listener and has the ability to conceptualize ideas through to completion. She has many great sources and designed furnishings specifically for the project. Kathleen is masterful at color and creating a feeling of flow and consistency throughout the entire house. We were given many options from which to choose. Highly experienced in all matters of art and design, she is easy to work with. Brought our project in on budget and as promised.

Kathleen McMullen of Tower Design was my designer for a good-sized remodeling of my house several years ago. She was an absolute delight to work with. Patient, kind, accommodating and wonderful don't even begin to describe her. She was also super knowledgeable regarding availability of resources. She really stone-cold knew which vendors would come through and stayed away from those who were known to make unrealistic promises. Kathleen really held my hand through the entire process. Spending large sums of money so quickly made me quite nervous, but she was able to explain where it made sense to spend more and where it was okay to go with a less pricy option. She was on top of ALL the annoying details throughout the entire project. And, believe me, there were countless annoying details to be monitored. Kathleen's follow-through was spot-on. Her contractor and his team were respectful, on time and did great work, as well. I had never worked with such a reliable contractor before. It really made all the difference. The entire project was completed in about six months. I had imagined that it would take at least a year. Whether you know your own style and taste, or need someone to choose the whole thing, you won't go wrong in hiring Kathleen. I can't recommend her highly enough.
