Got my nails done today and it was absolutely amazing! Amazing service, the lady that did my nails was super friendly and lovely. She brought out options for me to try on my nails and my nails look incredible!! I don't live near Birmingham, I'm about 2 hours away however I will be returning!! 😊
I just visited Townhouse Birmingham Central for a luxury pedicure, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process immediately stood out. The digital check-in screen was sleek, modern, and very easy to use, which set the tone for a smooth and well organised visit. It instantly made me feel welcomed and reassured that I was in the right place. Walking into the salon itself was an absolute treat. The space is beautiful, stylish, and impeccably clean. It feels luxurious while still being warm and inviting, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for unwinding and enjoying some proper self care time. My pedicure was carried out by Hina, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the start, she was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment and took great care with every step. The service was never rushed and felt genuinely indulgent. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. As this was my first ever visit to Townhouse, I was not sure what to expect, but Hina made it such a positive and memorable experience. Her skill, attention to detail, and lovely manner truly stood out and made the treatment feel extra special. Overall, the luxury pedicure was flawless. From the smooth check-in process to the stunning salon and the exceptional service, everything was perfect. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and extremely impressed. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Townhouse Birmingham Central to anyone looking for a high quality, relaxing, and luxurious experience.
Absolutely amazing experience with Zara at Townhouse! Zara was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered flawless results. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and she made the whole appointment feel relaxed and luxurious. I left feeling so happy and confident — I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. If you’re booking at Townhouse, make sure you ask for Zara!
Would put 0 Stars if I could!!! I booked a manicure and pedicure for the day before my best friend’s wedding, as I was a bridesmaid and required French tips. I deliberately booked the first appointment of the day on Tuesday 4th November to ensure there would be sufficient time for the treatment to be carried out properly. Upon arrival, I was told I could not have French tips because I had booked a combined mani-pedi. This information is not stated anywhere on the website (I checked thoroughly), and had it been made clear, I would have booked differently. Being told this on arrival, especially for such an important event, was unacceptable. The manager made it clear that my request was an inconvenience and stated that they could not properly accommodate me because they were “fully booked” that day. However, throughout my entire appointment I only saw one other customer come into the salon, which made this explanation difficult to understand. I also would not expect to receive a lesser service simply because I booked a combination treatment. The manager then stated that I had put her in a difficult position, despite this being a failure in the salon’s booking system and communication. I remained polite and understanding; however, the only option offered was to proceed knowing that: • My pedicure would be incomplete (no foot scrub or proper cuticle care) • My manicure cuticles would not be fully done • The quality of the finish could not be guaranteed Despite receiving a reduced service, I was still charged the full price for a manicure and pedicure, plus an additional charge for French tips. The results were poor. The French tips on my hands were uneven and inconsistent in size, the polish did not reach the edges, and because my cuticles were barely done, my nails looked grown out almost immediately. On the day of the wedding, the bride asked if I had had my nails done a week prior. Within one week, the gel polish peeled off completely, and by the end of the week I had lost all gel on one hand — completely unacceptable for a salon of this reputation and price point. I was also asked to remember to leave a review because I had been “helped out,” which felt inappropriate given the circumstances. I am extremely disappointed. I paid £114 for a gel manicure and pedicure that lacked basic care, was poorly executed, and did not last. I chose this salon because of its reputation and expected a professional, high-quality service, particularly for such an important occasion. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met.
I had such a wonderful experience at Townhouse, it’s honestly the best nail salon I’ve been to. The salon itself is beautiful, so clean and aesthetic, with a real luxurious feel, and every member of staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. For my manicure, Shiva was amazing. She asked me at every step if I was happy with how things were looking, fixed a broken nail seamlessly, and her attention to detail was unmatched, it’s genuinely the best manicure I’ve ever had. For my pedicure, Saba did a fantastic job as well. She was just as attentive and made the whole experience really relaxing. I also love that they offer a 7-day flawless finish guarantee, I had a small chip and when I went back, they fixed it without any hassle, which just shows how much they stand by their service. Highly recommend Townhouse if you’re looking for a luxury nail experience with amazing results and staff who truly care.
