BUYER BEWARE!!! This store is not selling authentic LABUBU dolls! We purchased one today for my daughter! Fake!!! When we got home, opened, and performed full authenticity inspection of packaging and doll based on PopMart instructions, it’s totally a fake!! Multiple packaging flaws, multiple doll flaws.This makes perfect sense why they have signs stating ALL SALES FINAL!! DO NOT BUY LABUBU BRAND DOLLAR!!! BUYER BEWARE!!
Top tier customer service. They were so helpful with helping us find a battery for our kids ride on. The lady was beautiful, we'll spoken and very informed about all the products that she sales. We will definitely be back!! They even tested the battery for us before leaving. This was amazing customer service especially since we had such horrible customer service from Harwin Motorsports. They accepted all forms of payment which was very convenient!!! I will be back and I recommend you come here for all your toy needs for Christmas!!
Worst experience ever! We went in looking for toys for my nephews and like any child they started getting the toys that were open for display. They both have have to have the same thing or they start fighting, long story short they wanted a light gun and they only had 1. We asked if they had another one and they owner said no. He said just to pick one, they are all the same thing and told the 2 and 3 year old boys to hurry up and not to touch anything. After settling for the toys he refused to sell to us and he told us the toys were not for sale and said we couldnt buy them. Honestly I felt discriminated against as he was treating other customers better. It was so obvious, even the other customers felt bad for us and apologized on the owners behalf and recommend another store. The other store we went to said he always gets complaints about them. So sad there are people like this!!
No compren a estos estafadores. Tienen una política de no devoluciones muy estricta, y por una buena razón. Porque les beneficia enormemente. Compré un coche eléctrico de paseo de 450 dólares para nuestra bebé. El primero (problema n.º 1): las llantas giraban en direcciones opuestas justo al sacarlo de la caja. Llevé el coche de regreso a la ubicación Bay Brook y el empleado intentó 'arreglarlo'... no pudo, así que me dijo que regresara en unos días y que estaría reparado... esto fue inaceptable después de haber gastado 450 dólares hace menos de 24 horas. Intentaron venderme otro coche en otro color y, tras idas y venidas, les dije que no. Después de aproximadamente una hora de charla y de que él hiciera varias llamadas, me dijo que fuera a otra ubicación de 'Toyz' en Almeda Mall y que me darían otro del mismo modelo (o eso creía). Así que me conformé con esto, aunque no estaba muy ilusionado por la aventura extra. Llegué a la segunda ubicación, obtuve el coche nuevo, lo llevé a casa, solo para descubrir que no era exactamente el mismo coche... diferencias menores, pero aún así no era el mismo. Armé el coche (el segundo, solo para enfatizar eso) y descubrí que una de las ruedas no se iluminaba (¡claro!). Después de hacer algunas pruebas, encontré que el cable de alimentación de las luces estaba cortado... así que pelé y empalmé de nuevo el cable... en un coche nuevo de 450 dólares... incluso sin los defectos, estas cosas apenas valen lo que cuestan y, desafortunadamente, ya me arrepiento de la compra. Ya se les ha advertido.
