For small and LARGE vehicle repairs, Tracy’s is the BEST. Since about 2004 (?) we’ve had a few minor dings Tracy has fixed. But Christmas vacation ended with an encounter with a deer; my poor 2024 Lexus - loos new again! The staff from front desk to repair guys couldn’t have been more accommodating…professional, courteous and awesome communication.
Tracy’s Collision was amazing especially Paul Hoffschneider! They kept me well informed throughout the repair process, including timelines and any changes that needed to be made. The team was quick, communicative, and extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend Tracy’s Collision!
They were very nice to work with, especially since I am out of town. They let me come during the Christmas holiday to accommodate my schedule. I didn’t realize I had lights out in front of my house, and they fixed them without me even asking. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and dealt with the other insurance company so I didn't have to. I truly appreciated how easy they made the whole process and how much they cared about doing a great job
I was so extremely impressed with the business conducted with Tracy’s Collision Center-South. The ladies in the office were extremely pleasant. Chad went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and satisfying and kept me informed through the whole process. The technicians did an amazing job on my vehicle, I could not have expected anything more. I will forever and always recommend this location to anyone in need of repairs.
I had an incredible experience at Tracy's! Scheduling was a breeze, communication from the whole team was clear & prompt, and Bob specifically was WONDERFUL to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and my car is looking brand new after sustaining some significant damage after an accident. They even took the time to vacuum out my vehicle after the repair - such a nice touch. Highly recommend the team at Tracy's to take excellent care of your vehicle repair needs. Thank you!!!!
