I found Trade Computers reliable and honest in my recent computer repair. David was great to talk to and he went through all of the work carried out. The cost was far less than I was quoted as the main component did not need replacing after all. I highly recommend this business.
Trade Computers Mayfield managed by David Martin, handled my complications with deleted footage, showing great patience, professionalism and friendly conversation. Hopefully I won't have to return but if I delete my footage again I will be!
Called up Dave to get my PC repaired. He was courteous and welcoming. He was good enough to give me approximate costs of my suspected problem. On site storefront easy accessible parking on side road or behind store. Inside Dave’s store, we spoke about my problem and he was upfront and honest with me on how long it would take and when it would be available. I was comforted by the amount of stock he had on the shelves and on display that he would have what he needed on hand. My issue was handled the same day and with attention to detail. I will be back to get a couple more things fixed for my family. Which I am sure he will appreciate! Thanks Dave.
