Gabe Couch came to us for a tune-up and he was professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing to our unit and options down the road for replacement of our older unit. Gabriel was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything in such a nice manner that everything made sense. He was very professional and respectful of my property. He checked everything from top to bottom and showed me before and after pictures. He’s first rate!
Taylor was great! He was very knowledgeable and informative during the service. He was great to talk to while performing the service both in a professional manner as well as a personable manner, didn't feel awkward having him in my house. Best thing is he wasn't pushy about their offers and I didn't feel like I needed to buy more because he was there albeit he pointed out some things to watch for in the future to prevent major repair needs.
Trademark Heating, Cooling & Electrical just replaced my old LPG hot water tank with a new one, in my Modular home. Their tech Mark, and crew, did a great job. The old tank that was removed was not installed correctly (privious DIY owner), these guys pointed out the deficiency and made sure it was done right, I really like that. They were polite, respectfull, knowkedgeable and their finish work looked great. Thank you Trademark and crew
