Just began our services with Trads and so far it’s been great! They are punctual, professional and friendly. Our service technician Adam came to service our home and I let him know I had seen a few fruit flies in my kitchen. He gladly came and sprayed something in my kitchen to take care of it. We also had an ant issue in a couple of our rooms when we moved in and since they treated our yard I haven’t seen any. Great service and great people.
Trad's is GREAT and our tech Hien Chau is wonderful! We switched to Trads from Turner after having multiple issues with our pest control. Smooth sailing since we switched to Trad's. Very glad we made the move! And again, tech Hien Chau is fantastic. He is pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Literally smiles as he works. Makes me happy just to catch his vibe. I fully intend to remain with Trad's as long as they are business. Highly recommend!
Tom has serviced our house over the last several years. He has always been pleasant and takes the time to address our concerns. He also educates us on the potential causes so that we are aware of prevention methods. They also come out to treat as many times as needed between scheduled servicing. Greatly appreciate the service that Tom and Trads provides.

Greg arrived to do treatment for ants but then I showed him areas of the lawn that looked as though it had been taken over by chich bugs. He said possibly but also could be a chemical burn…from the previous treatment company I used…that killed another area recently. Greg said he would check and let me know. He checked and confirmed it was chinch bug. He altered his original plan and applied a treatment on the grass also did ant treatment. Then scheduled tech to return the next day and treat for the chinch bug. Well after four years of paying trads every month, the cinch bugs have never been eliminated...My lawn has gotten progressively worse. Trads should absolutely be ashamed to take close over $4,000 from me and make my lawn worse than it was. What's the saying.."you want to leave something in a better place than when you started"...Trads obviously doesn't operate that way. They never took responsibility and their "go to excuse" is to blame on grass cut to low...They are nothing but smoke and mirrors. When I finally relieved them of their service (what took me so long?), they pleaded to correct the situation...It wasn't important enough to take care of the problems 4 years ago, but ok to take my money and not take responsibility and fix what they were tasked to fix. I'm embarrassed I recommended them to my neighbor who relieved of there service after under one year. In April 2025, I walked my street videoing the neighbors lawns showing how lush, full and green they were and then show mine and my neighbors lawns...it was absolutely PATHETIC! I Highly, Highly recommend you stay away from this unreliable company as they will not help your lawn thrive, steal your money, make excuses, lay blame on others and refuse to take responsibility. If there was a legal angle i could pursue, I would as I now pretty much have to spend $10k for a new lawn. So you as the owner respond saying it's about another company...again just excuses and not taking responsibility...read the review. Can't believe you have the audacity to even say that...unfreaking believable!!! You treated my lawn for the last four years.....It most certainly is not about another company...It's all about Trads incompetence and ignorance....Period. If you would just admit wrong and take responsibility, that would show integrity...but I guess that isn't how your company operates...so sad! Update with proof....This is what your lawn will look like if you use trads. Again, 4 years ago they said I had cinch bugs. This is what my lawn looks like today after Trads "supposedly" took care of the cinch bugs and my lawn. I'm not one of those people who write fake reviews...this is 100% real and a warning to everyone of the quality of service trads supplies. Blaming on another company shows their true colors.
