I had a great experience training with Casey! She was patient, encouraging and did a great job walking me thru the different exercises. She helped me build up my strength over time and I really appreciated the time and effort she put into our workouts. I highly recommend working with her and with this gym!
I've been going to T+N for about two months now and I am so happy I signed up to train there. The space is clean and comfortable and everyone is incredibly nice. My trainer is Em and I absolutely love working out with her and chatting as we go. If she is out of town I workout with Eve who is also so nice and easy to work with. Both of them are very knowledgeable about training and push me to challenge myself while also staying safe and not risking injury. I am already feeling stronger and excited to keep up with it at T+N! Highly recommend 💛
Ok, I am NOT a "fitness" person but I really wanted to work on my strength before I get pregnant (particularly pelvic floor, back, and abdominals) so that I could be more prepared. I was happy to see pre-, peri-, and post natal training on the website, so I eagerly went to my free assessment session. Lo and behold, I was paired with Samantha, who was 7 months pregnant at the time! She explained how she would help me reach my goals and work around my IVF schedule (which is difficult, given the appointments and hormones needed)--modifying my workouts during my egg retrieval weeks so that I wasn't risking ovarian torsion. I love working with her because it's fun and I feel strong after each session (along with that bit of soreness that tells you you're alive LOL). Samantha is super knowledgeable and kind, a great combination to make a complete noob like me actually look forward to working out!! And the studio is beautiful and clean always--bonus is dogs are allowed so sometimes a furry friend will accompany you while you're trying to squat 105lbs!!!!
I’ve been working out at Train & Nourish for about 3 months now. Been doing private sessions with Casey and semi private sessions with Joanne and they’ve both been incredible. I wasn’t used to working out regularly before, but they’ve helped me build strength and confidence step by step. Both Casey and Joanne are extremely knowledgeable and attentive, making sure the workouts are effective but never overwhelming. I’ve learned so many exercises I can now do on my own at the gym, which has been a big goal for me. They’re both encouraging, motivating, and make the sessions fun 😊
I loved Train and Nourish! I was there for a year and half and met some wonderful trainers during my time there. My most recent trainer I worked with was Samantha. I really enjoyed working with her because she was really kind. Samantha always greeted me with a smile and was easy to talk to. Most importantly she always listened to my fitness goals that I wanted to address and was very attentive to meet those goals. Samantha also encouraged me and made me feel confident and strong at every session. She is an amazing trainer!
