I’ve attended the Monday leg day classes led by Polo, and am extremely impressed! Polo's encouragement and assistance with beginners like me is amazing. I left feeling very sore but accomplished and motivated to continue my fitness journey. The class has a family atmosphere and everyone is friendly. There is easy parking and great music. Highly recommend this class for a good workout + vibes.
I’ve been coming to TRD for over a year and a half. Polo and Laura are great trainers. They not only are great trainers, but are motivating, positive, and kind. Because of the positive and fun environment, I’m always motivated to come to the gym classes and look forward to it. I have also noticed positive changes like looking and feeling stronger. I also enjoy the small class/ group aspect. It’s more personable, you get a sense of community, and you’re able to get more immediate attention from the trainers to help with correct form etc. Overall, I recommend Training Room Dallas if you’re looking to achieve results in a positive environment with motivating trainers!
I have been training one on one with Coach Laura for the last month now, so far, and I absolutely love it. I have learned so much in these past 4 weeks from both her and Coach Polo, I ask a lot of questions =) They are both very motivational and you can definitely tell they love what they do. Not once have I walked in there and walked out without feeling accomplished with my workout routine, nor without some kind of knowledge, oh and best of all without the feeling of needing to throw up LOL. Also they are very affordable, for what they have to offer. I was truly truly blessed to have come across someone like them. Thank you Coach Laura!
Love love love TRD! Laura and Polo go above and beyond to help and motivate their clients. They join us in our workouts and always give us that extra push when we're just about to give up on ourselves. The workouts are savage, but in a good way! They truly motivate me just by being themselves. Thank you both for helping me heal both physically and mentally. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to give TRD a try, you wont regret it!
Coach Polo y Coach Laura son la razón por la que sigo volviendo a Training Room Dallas!! Ellos aman lo que hacen; se ve y se siente. He podido crecer con ellos física y mentalmente. ¡Dales mucho crédito por las excelentes sesiones de entrenamiento que tenemos! No son fáciles, pero cada vez que terminamos una sesión me siento muy realizado y orgulloso de mí mismo. Definitivamente te recomiendo que los visites. ¡No te arrepentirás!
