I first used Tramites Mexico in San Antonio late last year for Apostille needs. The lady at the office was very helpful and thorough. Everything went well and completed in minimum time. She was a pleasure to work with. I already had an interest in the dual citizenship process and reached out to Tramites Mexico in San Antonio for information. The lady I had worked with before informed me Tramites Mexico provides the service thru their Cancun office. Having faith in the company, I decided to move forward and provide the documents requested. They handled the Apostille work, translations and presented the documents to the Mexican Registry. I received my Mexican citizenship a few days ago. I corresponded with the same gentleman in Cancun every time. He was very professional and quickly responded when I had a question. I found Tramites Mexico to be a good company providing excellent service. I noticed someone online was questioning if Tramites Mexico was legit.Trust me…they are.
I used them to get my mothers Mexican birth certificate apostilled. I was a little skeptical at first considering the way they asked for payment but they are 100% legit! I reached out through messenger and I asked A LOT of questions and every single one of them was answered! Once I payed, I received my document through DHL. It took only 4 days!! You don't even have to go up there. Just send them a pic of your document and they do the rest! This is a great option if you are not able to go to Mexico to get you documents apostilled. 5 out of 5!
I started this process in January and it’s now June. I opted for hiring a lawyer instead of filling the request with the county clerk for my birth certificate so in case of a follow up needed I’d have the support of a professional. So he requested my birth certificate with the clerk and they found no record, I was born in the states but lost my documents in a flood and the lawyer was unable to help me obtain my birth certificate. After months of going back and forth the gentleman gave me back my money in full wich was surprising, I would have much rather have the birthcertificate. It was a real stand up thing to do give a full refund and to this day we remain in contact. I will say he is a busy person and these things take time so anticipate waiting or haveing one or two unreplied text but he is honest and dependable.
I had a complicated document that I needed from Mexico. I live in Seattle and I am applying for my Italian citizenship. The Italian consulate required a copy of my mother's marriage certificate from her second marriage (she and my stepfather got married in Cancun). Their marriage certificate needed to be translated from Spanish to Italian, with a Mexican Apostille AND a certified seal from the Italian embassy (the seal could only be obtained by appointment with the Italian Embassy in Mexico City, and would only be granted if the document was translated by one the Italian Embassy's approved list of Mexican translators). This process would have been very costly and time consuming, if I had to gather all this documentation and find the services myself. Eduardo and his team at Tramites provided the entire service. In less than 6 weeks the official documents were delivered to my home. I am so happy with their professionalism and helpfulness. I highly recommend Tramites!!
It was my first time doing business of this nature and first time with this establishment, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Even if you don't speak Spanish, they are able to communicate with you in English no problem. My particular service involved some fine details but they were able to walk me through so I was able to get the services that I was looking for. Especially if you're looking to get a document from Mexico, Tramites is the place to go to help you with that.
