Edited: I changed to 5 stars after I getting to do a room for free. We did the Mystery Manor and it was great. As someone whose done 15+ edcape rooms, this one was right at the top. Great theme and set up. Difficulty was 4/5 and we were able to escape eith about 7 minutes to spare. Would reccomend and will definitely be back! My husband and I were in the area after dinner and decided to try an escape room on a whim. We saw a 7:30 PM room was available, so I called twice beforehand to confirm if we could still book it or if anyone else had. No one answered either time. We decided to just head over and arrived around 7:25 PM. The building was completely empty—no sign of staff. I rang the bell once, waited, then rang again. Still nothing. Around 7:35 PM, an employee finally appeared and apologized, saying he was resetting a room. We asked about the 7:30 room, and he told us we couldn't book it because it was now past the time. We explained we had arrived before 7:30 and that we had tried calling to make sure it would be doable, but he didn’t seem to care. His attitude came across as indifferent and unprofessional. He offered us the 8:05 room, but by then we were no longer interested based on how we were treated. I understand we were cutting it close, and I take responsibility for that. But it felt like he intentionally waited until after 7:30 to assist us so he wouldn’t have to run the room. Maybe he really was resetting one—but the lack of communication and dismissive tone left a bad impression.

We tried the Haunted Cabin as a group of 3 for our very first escape room, and it was an incredible experience. Lindsey was such a great host and was very nice to us.

Really enjoyed this escape room. We’ve done many escape rooms in different states with different companies and this one was definitely a great experience to add to our record. The room was the perfect level of difficulty, we used our full hour and escaped! Our game host was great and she definitely made our experience smooth and offered the perfect amount of assistance through our game!

Oh crap me and my gf had an amazing time. Even tho we got trapped we had bunch of a fun. Beverly was amazing host and super super sweet and interactive with us.

A group of 10 people from work came here for a fun team event. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile by Hailee who told us about the event and got us situated. We took on the Asylum room and finished our one-hour escape with about 13 minutes to spare. It was a great time to work together and take on various challenges. A lot of thought and creativity went in the building the room and I highly recommend it for your next event with family, friends, or coworkers.
