Outstanding customer service means going above and beyond basic expectations by creating positive, memorable experiences through empathy, quick & knowledgeable problem-solving, he took the time and effort and spent quality time making sure the right purchase was completed in a timely manner and building strong relationships, making customers feel truly valued, he really understood the value and loyal to the brand. I had a fantastic experience at Trek Alamo Heights! Efren, the store manager, provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to understand what I needed. Most importantly, he worked within my budget without any pressure, which I really appreciated. This is were service, knowledge and plain overachieving come together. My experience started with Tim on the phone, answering my questions and giving me a strategy for my bike rebuild. I arrived and met Tim who helped me assess the bike and answered a flurry of questions about his floor inventory. The back mechanic, Klause came out and performed a full written evaluation and we both agreed the project was not feasible...NO SALES, JUST HONESTY. All in all both guys spent thier time helping me and I was convinced with my experience, that this was my store in San Antonio Want to meet real people with a true shared passion for cycling, ask for Tim and if your lucky to peel Klause away from his repairs in the back..WOW...what a treat..! TREK is a great brand, but in business, its all about your people that convey a positive experience as a model of true long term success.
Can’t thank Mario and Tim enough for the great service and repair of my Trek bike I received at your store this past week. My bike is riding great and those new shoes Tim, will be ordered. I was greeted and helped immediately! They're service was very fast and informative. The staff helped me with every question I had being new to the bicycle clubs! Thanks for helping me out and teaching me some bicycle tire basics. This is going to be a good go to bike repair store I keep at the top of my list.
