My mother used TFA, and when she passed I kept my portion of the portfolio with them even though I do not live in Greensboro anymore. I could not be more pleased with the service and returns. My money will be with them into the foreseeable future and I will highly recommend that my daughters stay with them when they inherit any remaining funds.

Just had our year-end tax planning call with Patrick and team yesterday. Always a pleasure to work with this team. Have a learned a lot from them over the approximately 20 years we've worked this firm and have been very happy with our portfolio results. Love the DAF they recommended several years ago--such an easy, fun way to support the charities we want to support. Their personal touch makes all the difference in the world to me. I know a person will answer the phone each time I call and someone will get back to me quickly, if not available right then. No IVR hell and long wait times from with this company!! Response to emails is always very timely as well. Their level of customer service is almost unheard of in this day and time. I highly recommend this advisory firm.

Triad Financial Advisors, Inc. weren’t our first choice, but they should have been. Our portfolio has consistently gained each year AFTER our personal deductions. My Husband takes a salary above the amount he made when working and we have done multiple renovations and upgrades on our home. Cameron Aydlett has always made sound suggestions and communicated her thoughts on what the market is doing and which funds should be moved where. We pay them to manage our money, so it would be foolish not to consider her professional opinions. We are thrilled at how steady our money has preformed especially in such a volatile market.

TFA offers Dimensional Funds. These are funds you’ve probably never heard of. Dimensional is privately owned and only fund advisors trained in the Dimensional philosophy can offer them. I was forced into these funds and had no say in my portfolio under the guise / principle of TFA being a Fiduciary. The funds performed poorly. I couldn't hang with the poor performance for several years when the market was doing so well… After dialogue with the owner that was nothing short of insulting, I moved and am very happy with the new results. All I can say is do your research!

Well-deserved reputation of excellence. Agree with the other reviewer…do your research—starting with Barrons and Forbes. That research led us to TFA 7 years ago. We’ve stayed because of the portfolio’s consistent growth, even in these less than steady political and economic times. Lucky to have this caliber of investment acumen in Greensboro.
