⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Working with the Tribu marketing team has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the very beginning, they’ve poured time, energy, and creativity into bringing my brand, ZUN RAYS, to life. This team does it all—brand strategy, content creation, social media, web design, email campaigns, and so much more. They’ve handled every detail with professionalism, passion, and care. We just celebrated our Shopify grand opening, and it was a complete success! From the warm introduction to the store, to organizing a touching family and friends Google Meet call-in, the event felt both personal and powerful. Sarah, the owner of Tribu, generously let us use one of the offices to host the celebration—turning a simple event into something that truly felt like home for my brand's big debut. Came across Tribu on YouTube and was really excited to reach out so much so that I immediately went to their website to submit my contact information. Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. I greeted him with enthusiasm and compliments about their marketing and in return I expected genuine questions on what I was needing. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience. Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. Looking forward to seeing if Tribu is the advertising agency for my small philanthropic business. 2nd Update: Never heard back from anyone.
