Trident has been great! Came across them when we’re moving houses last year and they moved our RO system for us and got it hooked up in the new house! They have been available for emergencies and super easy to get on the schedule for regular work as well! The office staff is great and the technicians are super responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
I called Trident to set up a an appointment for a quote on a new laundry sink supply, faucet and drain install. The price was reasonable and they were able to take care of it right after. The work was done well and the whole experience felt professional. This is my first time working with Trident plumbing and I believe I will come back to them for any future plumbing needs.

Quintin, our lead technician, was incredibly knowledgeable, focused, and respectful of our home. He got right to work and clearly understood the job at hand. His attention to detail and no-nonsense approach made us feel confident we were in good hands. Tyler also showed up to lend a hand and helped ensure everything was completed quickly and efficiently without cutting any corners. The two worked seamlessly together to get the job done right and in a timely manner. We did encounter a minor issue during the initial installation with another technician from Trident, but what stood out most was how the situation was handled. We contacted Shelby (receptionist) and Jared, the owner, and their response was immediate and sincere. They showed genuine concern and were clearly committed to making things right. Without hesitation, they had Quintin scheduled to come out the very next day, and he resolved the issue with precision and professionalism.
