The towels look and smell a bit unsanitary. The WiFi is pure garbage and very inconsistent. Unfortunately they do have roaches. Aside from that, the staff doesnt bother people, the heat and a/c work, rooms are spacious,

The hardest mattress I ever slept on. Super uncomfortable. Floor would have been softer. Floor seriously sloped, dresser drawer kept sliding open.

Hard to get in and out or even find. Got the jacuzzi suit, and it was dirty to start. Smell of mildue and cigarettes. The jacuzzi didn't work and when I went to desk for help couldn't get anyone... period. Decide to check out early. Finally get desk person and he stalled then told me no refund or discount. I stayed too long. I said no one to check out or take complaint. He offered to rent me a regular room at regular rate as a fix... wth never go here. Never again. Rip off and basically thiefs. Charged but didn't get what I payed for. Then insulted to frustration. Worst stay in my 57 years. Anywhere

The room itself was satisfactory, but the family-based staff was not. They roomed me right next to what I assume is the parents/grandparents who also work there. They were very strange, and would make all type of noises throughout night and also would still go into your own even if you place the "do not disturb " sign outside of your door, and I was also charged $50 for a Crack in a toilet in order to get my suitcase back after they already refused to extend my stay in the room even though I was willing to pay for a whole other week. They gave me some weird excuse that they are not extending any stays for any guest which does not make sense. My phone in my room also stopped working for no reason and when i asked them about it they didn't want to do anything about which lead to an argument with the front desk staff which is the real reason why they refused to extend my stay in my opinion. Also, one day when I came back from to the room from work, they had put all of my belongings in the maintenance closet for some weird reason, even though I already had made another 5-6 day reservation before I had got there. The guy at the front ģave me some type of weird excuse, but I couldn't really understand him because they try to act like they speak only broken English. So one I returned to my room and sorted out all my belongings, my shower gel was missing. I go back down to the front desk and relay this to him, he acted like he didn't know what I was saying, so I go back up to my room. Within 30 minutes, the older guy who I mentioned works there and was next door to me knocks on the door and hurried up and handed me my shower gel , didn't say anything and walked off. He basically was going to keep my shower gel and wouldn't have gave back to me if I wouldn't have said anything to front desk, and he WORKS there. Cheap place to stay, but overall from my experience, not worth it.

Rooms are spacious!! This is an old hotel. But it is kept very well!! I am shocked at the comfort of the room! A/C works great, toilet flushes quickly, shower blasts more water than some of the newer hotels. Fridge in my room works, microwave works. It's peacefull in my room as I write this review. TV has cable. Not sure for the ugly reviews I read before I booked. But I'm pleasantly surprised!! Cons- location is in a work zone for loud trucks and big semi's passing thru. There's no JackNThe Box or McDonald's or really anything in walking distance. Make sure you get your drinks and food before you book here like I did. Because there's nothing really near it.
