This store is the absolute worst. We purchased a $1000 rug and realized the colors don't match with our current couch after we got it home. We emailed them the next day, and they have been unwilling to help us with a refund or store credit. I would highly advise not purchasing furniture from this store due to their bad return policy. The customer service provided by Abi and Tony has been absolutely awful. ----------- To respond to the store's response: We had rug samples, but we never had a sample of the rug that we ultimately purchased. My wife liked the rug in the showroom, but once we got it in our space, it did not look good with the rest of the room and lighting. Abi can confirm we never had a sample of the rug, so I'm not sure why you're stating otherwise. Also, I am not sure why you are looking up and following your customers on Facebook. My wife posted the rug on Facebook since we got a short response the day after our purchase that the store was not going to do anything to help with a return or exchange. Bottom line is that finding furniture for a house is difficult based on size, color, lightning, etc. PLEASE BEWARE OF THE STRICT 'ALL SALES FINAL" POLICY at Trove and the unwillingness of the store to make any exceptions. Lesson learned for us. We need to furnish our new house and will be using other stores moving forward with more flexible and forgiving return policies.
Trove Warehouse has the most unique and fun pieces of furniture,art and home accessories that I have ever seen in one location.
I signed up for free design services. Martin from Trove worked very hard to help me find things to spruce up several rooms of my house. He had good ideas and was very helpful. The Trove prices are very reasonable and the selection is good.
We have stopped at Trove several times now and the experience is always great! Recently, we purchase from the warehouse and it was great! They were quick, knowledegeable, friendly, and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience and we will continue shopping from Trove!
