We had Harp come in to work on our kitchen renovation. He was quick to discover and fix the issue, communicated clearly, and used a scope to diagnose a tricky pipe. Harpreet resolved our kitchen sink back up with a thorough investigation that traced the issue to common pipes in our building that were seriously blocked. He cleared the pipes, tested them, and suggested to our strata ways to mitigate future problems. Well done!
We had an issue with the main pipe to the house and Andrew was very responsive and helpful. Throughout the whole process which ended up needing excavation, Andrew was very accommodating and understanding, and was patient enough to explain to us all the details and alternatives. What would have taken other companies I think at least a few days, Trust It Plumbing was able to do in one! Highly recommend these guys.
