Changed the battery of a 4-year old iPhone. The work was done promptly, but the phone started to have a very erratic behaviour after that. For example, camera stopped working ! The phone shuts down whenever I try to take a picture, and the phone can only be restarted once it is plugged in. I am trying to contact the shop by email and phone for more than 1 week - no feedback offered so far !
Rahman was very helpful, had a problem with my charging port and he sorted it out in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be back for anything related to my phone. Would definitely recommend if in the city!
I think i was ripped off at the store. I needed a connector to connect with mobile battery and iPhone. There is no price card in the store. The store recommended one of the choices. He said it took £20. Then he suggested another one as same price. I asked for the receipt, but he said the printer was out of order. He said he would sent an e-mail receipt. But nothing received. It was quite terrible experience.
I am so 100% guarantee tSmart have genuine or highly quality stuff with suitable prices.
