Nothing compares to the team of Nanci and Eric Freedberg. They are true professionals and each brings unique strengths to the process. We recently purchased a home in Tucson, a town to which we had never been prior to flying in to look for a home. We were moving back to the U.S. after living abroad. Nanci led our efforts to view homes. Each day she prepared a dossier laying out our schedule and the details on each viewing. This took real prep time and was very useful. In addition, we pushed hard to squeeze in additional homes into each day’s schedule to maximize our time in town before we needed to fly back out of the country. Again and again, Nanci zig, zagged, tracked down listing agents, and secured additional viewings in real-time as we’re driving around town in what became very long days! She was indefatigable and always had a positive attitude. Post inspection and pre-closing on the home we chose, the deal required the seller to perform a long list of repairs and improvements, some quite involved. Eric then took the lead and his background as a home builder was invaluable in ensuring that the buyer finished each repair properly and without shortcuts. Given we were out-of-country and consumed with preparing ourselves for an international move, there was no way we could have even focused on the closing punch list without his help, nor did we really have the knowledge to do it right. He went above and beyond the call. I strongly recommend this this team and would use them again in the future.
Eric and Nanci were great to work with. They helped guide us through each step of the process, offered great insights, and were thoroughly professional.
